HOW IT IS PERFORMED
The Method’s sessions are usually group classes.
They can also be individual or at-home sessions, depending on the choice and need of each student and of each couple.
For the session, you need a blanket or a mat, comfortable clothes and different objects, such as tennis balls, soft balls, polyurethane foam cubes, bamboo sticks, chestnut bags, etc. They help increase the awareness on the area you will work on.
The exercises are simple and varied, and are intended for you to achieve the Method’s goals:
- Increasing contact
- Enhancing awareness
- Reducing common discomforts during pregnancy
- Awakening an inner look
- Raising the threshold of pain
They are experiences where you observe your body and its influence on the entire being.
